**POOL OPENING INCLUDES: START UP CHEMICALS- (SHOCK AND ALGAECIDE), REMOVAL AND FOLDING OF COVER, INSTALLATION OF LADDERS & HANDRAILS AND POOL FITTINGS, STARTING SYSTEM. HEATERS WILL BE TEST FIRED. WE ARE NOT PERMITTED TO INSTALL DIVING BOARDS.
In order to provide the best possible opening service please be aware of the following things you should prepare for before the service team arrives. Make sure we can access the pool area. If we are unable to access the pool area, rescheduling and possible fees may apply. Have the pool water level at normal operating level (mid skimmer ). Make sure to clear overgrown bushes, shrubs, weeds, and any other obstructing landscaping that may prevent or inhibit our ability to open the pool. Please also ensure the pool cover is free of debris and any standing water. Our service technicians won’t have the time to clean up and or remove water and debris from the pool cover. This can cause debris and dirty water to fall into the pool during the removal of the cover. Also please make sure the power to pump is controllable from outside the house so our technicians can turn the pump on and off as needed.

PLUS BLOW OUT HEATER. INSTALL POOL COVER. HOMEOWNERIS RESPONSIBLE FOR TURNING OFF BREAKER BOX AND OR TIMER AFTER POOL IS CLOSED. WATER MUST BE AT OPERATING LEVEL (MIDDLE OF SKIMMER). CONCRETE POOLS MUST BE DRAINED BELOW TILES, POOLS WITH AN AQUAGENIE SKIMMER MUST BE BELOW THERE TURN FITTING ON THE AQUAGENIE. WATERFALL/ROCKWALL CABLE ANCHORS MUST BE INSTALLED BY CUSTOMER IN ADVANCE. SALT CELLS ARE ONLY REMOVED IF SPECIFICALLY REQUESTED IN ADVANCE. A $250.00 SERVICE CHARGE MAY BE ADDED FOR A 2ND VISIT. IF THERE ARE ADDITIONAL SELECTIONS FOUND UPON SERVICE THAT WERE NOT LISTED IN YOUR OPENING & CLOSING AGREEMENT: I.E. POOL LARGER THAN DESCRIBED, SPA, ROCKWALL, WATER FOUNTAIN, ETC MIDSTATE POOL LINERS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CHARGE ADDITIONAL FEES, RESCHEDULE, OR TERMINATE THE AGREEMENT

Please ensure the pool cover is accessible and not blocked by other items you are storing. Also make sure the power to pump is off if our technicians cannot turn it off from the pool equipment area. In addition please empty your chlorine tablet feeder of chlorine tablets, remove any pool toys, floats, and pool cleaners providing us an empty pool ready for closing. IF APPLICABLE, please have waterfall/rockwall cable anchors installed.
